The inconsistency described above can have various causes. The problem
may also occur because other data records are missing. For this reason,
you should compare the infotype data of both personnel numbers in
detail. The most likely causes of the inconsistency are as follows:
Customer-specific settings for grouping infotypes have been changed
without the database being adjusted accordingly.
A customer program was used to add data to the database, without
reference to the grouping values.
The infotype is not supposed to be grouped, but the grouping mechanism
was activated inadvertantly.
You must first identify the cause of the inconsistencies. You can use
