¿Qué causa este problema?

You wanted to delete a record whose predecessor has been flagged as a
general work schedule.
When a record with time constraint 1 is deleted, the preceding record
is extended; in this case, this would mean that the general work
schedule would have to be changed.
If this change is not made, a record without a general time constraint
must exist in the period to be deleted.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you do not want to change the general work schedule in the period to
be deleted, you can replace the existing record.
