¿Qué causa este problema?

You are trying to display the rules for a particular payroll type
and wage type from a cycle. However, this cycle does not contain
any rules for these entries.
If you do not know whether rules exist for a payroll type and wage
type, you should not select a function in the initial screen. Instead,
simply press ENTER. The system then enters the payroll type
and wage type for the first rule in the fields.
