¿Qué causa este problema?

The conversion handling indicator for natural gas conversions has to be
set in the conversion group. Valid entries are a blank value or any
value between 1 and 8. An invalid value has been passed to the Quantity
Conversion Interface (QCI).

Respuesta del sistema

The system cannot process any error messages that are returned from
external functions. The QCI calculation might fail.

Check that the conversion group is correctly maintained in customizing
(Transaction O588).
