¿Qué causa este problema?

When the possible entries key (F4-Help) is used to select exceptions,
not all of the exceptions appear which makes their selection impossible
through the already assigned exceptions.
No other exception can be chosen, if:
no other exception exists besides the already selected exceptions
no other exceptions exist that apply to the information structure,
which is determined by the already selected exceptions
no other exceptions exist that show the characteristic reference which
is determined by the already selected exceptions.
