¿Qué causa este problema?

Specifying a reference exception narrows the selection list down, that
is, inconsistencies through exceptions with different information
structures or characteristic references are avoided. In this case, no
reference exceptions can be chosen. There are several reasons for
this:
the exceptions that can be selected in prinicple were already assigned
no exceptions exist
no exceptions exist for the specified information structure or the
information structure that results from the already assigned exceptions.
