¿Qué causa este problema?

You chose the two-step procedure for distributing quantities of a
generic material. The system first distributes the quantity of the
generic material among the plants. This is then distributed among the
variants based on the quotas.
The quotas are calculated from
<DS:GLOS.352A8D3BD3895CD5E10000009B38F974>quota scales</> assigned to
the <DS:GLOS.352A8D36D3895CD5E10000009B38F974>values scales</> valid
for the variant-creating characteristics of the generic material.

No value scales or quota scales may have been found for the generic
material or the generic material has more than two variant-creating
characteristics.
