An information structure needs to fulfil certain formal criteria if it
is to be used for planning purposes:

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

1. It must be a physical information structure, that is,
the structure must exist in the data base.
2. It must be constructed in the following way:
