You are attempting to remove material from stock which, according to
the book inventory figures, does not exist. This type of action is
only possible if negative stock figures are allowed for the respective
storage type.

Check why the stock does not exist in the book figures.
It is possible that there is still a non-confirmed transfer order
somewhere in the system.
