¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to plan business process &V1& in fiscal year &V2&.
However, the business process does not exist in the fiscal year in
whole or in part, or is not available for other reasons (such as
authorization). Therefore, you cannot use it for this fiscal year.

The combination business process/fiscal year &V1&/&V2& is rejected.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the error log by choosing "Extras -> Error log -> Combinations".
Check the master data of the business process.
