¿Qué causa este problema?

Planning (transaction &v1&) attempted to plan cost center &v3& with
cost element &v4&, although this cost element has the wrong category.

The plan data interface does not post the record.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The cost element has category &v2&. Use category 41 for surcharges
(transaction RKPZ) or category 21 for order settlement (transactions
RKP8, RKP9, RKPW, and RKPX).
