¿Qué causa este problema?

In the interface, you entered actual (or actual variance) activity type
category "4" (non-allocatable activity type) for cost center/activity
type &V1&/&V2& .
The master data for activity type &V2&, however, has catgory &V3& (an
allocatable activity type).
The change from allocatable to non-allocatable is not permitted.
