¿Qué causa este problema?

The summarization levels are locked by user &V1&.

Summarization level &V2& is locked by user &V1&.

The lock is set
when you define summarization levels. The system locks all the levels.
When you save, the lock is extended to all clients (!), because
cross-client tables need to be generated.
when you fill the summarization levels with data. Only the
summarization levels you are filling are locked.
when the system reads the data for planning. This is to ensure that the
data is not changed while the system is reading it. Only the level
being read is locked. It is still possible for different users to read
data at the same time.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Wait until user &V1& has finished processing the summarization levels,
and then repeat the function.
