¿Qué causa este problema?

Secondary indexes that are no longer needed are deleted to reduce
resource requirements. The index &V1&_&V2&, however, no longer
corresponds to the version delivered by SAP. Consequently, the system
cannot determine whether or not it is still needed.

This message does not influence the operability of the system.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You should analyze why the index was changed and whether it is still
needed to accelerate database access.
If desired, you can delete the index manually using transaction SE11.
