In rule which was generated automatically, you can set the percentage
value to zero.
For capital investment measures (orders/WBS elements) you cannot delete
or change the settlement rule for periodic settlement to assets under
construction.
With maintenance orders, the time (system status) of order processing
from which the distribution rule of a
