¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to create planner profile &V2& and assign it to authorization
group &V1&, for which you do not have the necessary authorization.
In the user master data for user &V3&, the authorization for creating
in authorization group &V1& is not entered. Profile &V2&, therefore,
cannot be created by you.

The authorization object for planner profiles is named K_TKA50 and is
made up of the authorization group and the activity with the value &V4&
for the create authorization.
