¿Qué causa este problema?

The "Cut" function is not possible for the area currently selected.
You selected an area which includes attributes or fields not ready for
input. Since you cannot assign an initial value to attributes and since
manual changes are not possible with fields that are not ready for
input, the "Cut" function does not support the processing of such
areas.

For the "Cut" function, only select areas within the value columns that
do not include any attributes and in which all cells are ready for
input.
