¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to use cost center &V1& in fiscal year &V2&.
However, this cost center is not available or not completely available
in this fiscal year, or not valid for other reasons (for example,
authorization protection).
Therefore, it cannot be used in fiscal year &V2&.

The combination cost center/fiscal year &V1&/&V2& is not accepted.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Choose "Extras -> Error log -> Combinations..." to check the error log
or
check the master record of the cost center.
