¿Qué causa este problema?

You included the initial selection criteria value for the
characteristic "Sender cost center" or "Sender activity type" (for
instance, within the sender cost center group).
However, the initial value is useful only for a plan record that is not
an activity input.
In your entry screen, though, the characteristic "Cost element" is not
included or was not filled in the initial screen. This means that only
plan records for activity input can be processed during this planning
session.
Therefore, the initial value cannot be used here..

"Sender activity type" is rejected.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Use an entry screen intended for other plan records and not just for
activity input planning.
Fill the cost element characteristic in the initial screen.
