¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to carry out detailed planning for the selected combination.
The record in question has no entry-ready data rows, meaning that
changing the plan data is not permitted.
If detailed planning was already done for the combination, this can
only be displayed.
If detailed planning has not yet taken place, you cannot branch to
there because repeated creation would lead to a change in plan data.
