There are no views assigned to the analysis structure used, or the use
of characteristics for segments is not maintained.

Respuesta del sistema

In order to create financial objects in Risk Management, and where
characteristics are to be used flexibly, at least one view is required
in the analysis structure used. Where characteristics are fixed, you
must maintain these characteristics. Therefore no financial objects can
be transferred.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you work with flexible characteristic use, then in Customizing
assign at least one view to the analysis structure used. Otherwise
maintain fixed characteristic use.
