¿Qué causa este problema?

An error occurred in the SAVE module of EDT for regulatory reporting.
This should never happen and is most likely caused by a transfer being
made with CHECK_LEVEL less than 3, where the KEY and/or MODE fields were
not correctly filled.
&SYSTEM_RESPONSE& (EDT only)
The transfer has been terminated.
&WHAT_TO_DO& (EDT only)
Reimport the corrected records, or set the CHECK_LEVEL to 2 or 3 for a
new attempt.
