A mode conflict occurred in the delivered data record. The following
are possible causes:
1. Insertion of a record which already exists
2. Changing of a record which does not exist
3. Deletion of a record which does not exist

The data record will be marked as containing errors and cannot be
processed.

It is possible that the mode has to be changed to suit the erroneous
data record.
