¿Qué causa este problema?

The (database) storage parameters of the temporary tables are computed
from the parameters currently being used for the original tables.
Note that the temporary tables reach the same size as the original
tables during the incremental conversion. Enough space therefore must
be available on the database.
Use the 'SAPDBA' tool to check the space on the database.
You can change the setting for the storage parameters for individual
tables with transaction 'SPAR'.
