The update trigger logs modifications to the original dataset.
If changes were made to the dataset of the base table, the update
trigger first checks whether the particular data record was already
converted using the indicator field. If this is the case, a flag is set
in the indicator field that this record has to be converted due to
changes. If the change affects the key value of the data record, this
data record is deleted from the dataset already converted. However, if
it is found that the changed data record has not yet been converted,
the trigger performs no further operations.
