¿Qué causa este problema?

You are trying to assign the current <DS:GLOS.measuring_point>measuring
point</> a different reference measuring point.
The new reference measuring point either has a characteristic with a
unit of measurement that has a different dimension to that of the unit
of measurement of the characteristic of the current reference measuring
point, or the unit of measurement is different and has no dimension.
Moreover, the current measuring point either already has measurement
documents, or measurement reading transfer is active.
