¿Qué causa este problema?

No <DS:GLOS.counter_overflow_reading>counter overflow reading</> has
been defined for the <DS:GLOS.measuring_point>measuring point</>, and
the <DS:GLOS.counter_reading>counter reading</> that you have entered
is smaller than the one in the subsequent
<DS:GLOS.measurement_document>measurement document</>.
This is not allowed, since the <DS:GLOS.counter>counter</> is not
marked as running forwards.
