¿Qué causa este problema?

The informed PIN for the PSE-file that is processed is not correct.

The system cannot access the PSE-file and stops the processing.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the entered password/PIN. Make sure you have entered the correct
PSE-filename and corresponding password/PIN. Enter the correct
combination of PIN and PSE-filename if it was not entered correctly
before.

If the entered PIN and the PSE-filename seem to be correct<(>,<)> you
must have assigned a different password/PIN to the PSE-file. Reconfigure
the PIN of the PSE-file (create the file again with the PIN that you
want to use).
