at a <GL:functional_location>functional location</>. This piece of
equipment has been allocated to a superior piece of equipment and
cannot however be installed.

You can only install the most superior piece of equipment in a
hierarchy at a functional location.
However, if you want to still want to install equipment &V1&, proceed
as follows:
Delete the allocation of the equipment to its superior piece of
equipment.
Install the piece of equipment at the functional location.
RESET N1
