You have selected an order type that is not suitable for return
material authorization.
An order type is only suitable for return material authorization if the
following three conditions are met:

the order is a service order
the order is not revenue-producing
the order has a refurbishment indicator

You must perform the following settings in Customizing:
Set order types
The order is a service order.
The 'revenue postings' indicator is not set.
Set the refurbishment indicator in order types for refurbishment
