¿Qué causa este problema?

In Talent Management, successor &V3& (&V4&) was already assigned to
position &V1& (&V2&). However, this assignment does not completely match
the assignment of the same successor to the same position that the
report transferred to Talent Management. Therefore, the existing
assignment was only partially replaced by the transferred assignment.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the assignment of successor &V3& (&V4&) to position &V1& (&V2&)
that already existed in Talent Management. Delete any data that is no
longer required for this assignment.
