To avoid retroactive calculation or unintended deletion, Employee
Central Payroll will not automatically delete records if the data coming
from Employee Central doesn't match the data in the Employee Central
Payroll system. In this case, you have make sure the data is in sync
manually in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
