¿Qué causa este problema?

In the Customizing of Personnel Budget Plan Management, a date &V2& was
defined before which financings from the position plan cannot be
changed.
In particular, delimitations of financings that begin before and end
afterwards are not allowed until the date &V1&.
You have now tried to delimit such a financing to an earlier date.

The system prevents delimitation of a financing.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can do the following to correct the problem:
Do not delimit the financing for a date before &V1&.
If the period is wrong in Customizing, ask your system administrator to
enter a period.
If it is an exception, ask your system administrator to override this
check by using the authorization object P_FINADM.
