The employee's infotype (0001) record is lacking an entry in the field
job key.

The form FILL_PME39 needs to read this field in conjunction with table
T5U13 to establish if the employee is exempt or non-exempt, in order to
fill the structure PME39.
Benefits features requiring this information for enrollment then read
this structure. The features were unable to find this information and
therefore this error occurred.

Check that the employee's infotype (0001) record has the correct entry
in the field job key.
