    A severe error occurred in the function module HR_ASR_BACK_TO_USER and
    the processing was canceled.
    The work item should be forwarded from the error expert to the original
    processor (agent). To do this, the container element ORIGINAL_AGENT is
    read from the Task Container using the method ELEMENT_GET_VALUE (class
    CL_SWF_CNT_CONTAINER). An exception was triggered here.
