¿Qué causa este problema?

The status of an order decides which activities are allowed. In
addition, you can enter a blocking group which blocks this order for
certain activities individually. An activity can only be performed for
an order if the status allows it and if it does not belong to the group
of blocked activities.

Activity &V1& (&v3&) is not allowed for order &V2&.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

To perform activity &V1&, you must set a status in order &V2& which
allows activity &V1& (&V3&), and the order must not be blocked for this
activity.
