The status of an order decides which activities are allowed. In
addition, you can enter a blocking group that blocks certain activities
for this order individually. An activity can only be performed for an
order if the status allows it and if it does not belong to the group of
blocked activities.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

To plan order &V1&, you must set a status that allows the activity RKP3
('CO planning of activity-related costs'), and the order must not be
blocked for this activity.
