You want to validate data using a validation task. However, this task
is blocked for all the consolidation groups and units which you
selected.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Unblock the task for all the cons groups and units whose data you want
to validate.
OR
Select other cons groups or units whose validation task is not blocked.
If you want to execute the task for multiple groups or units, at least
one group/unit in your selection must have a validation task which is
not blocked.
