¿Qué causa este problema?

You are using a PA transfer structure in your segment, and have defined
a sender rule other than sender rule 1 (posted amounts). For technical
reasons it is not yet possible to use a sender rule other than sender
rule 1 together with a PA transfer structure.

The segment cannot be processed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Change the sender rule to "1", or use an assessment cost element
instead of the PA transfer structure.
