You are executing a distribution cycle and have activated account
assignment for activity types in the actual in controlling area &V1&,
fiscal year &V2&. As distribution is a function for cost centers, not
activity types, the activity-dependent costs remain on the cost center
and are used in activity allocation (or assessment).
