¿Qué causa este problema?

For the execution of assessments, distributions, periodic repostings or
indirect activity allocations, all relevant business transactions have
to be saved in transaction sets.
Report RK811XST first deletes these transaction sets and then creates
them again.
Transaction set &V1& could not be deleted since you do not have the
appropriate authorizations.
