You tried to block task &V1&. In general, a task can only be blocked
when it has the task status "error-free", "unblocked" or "pending
completion". However, this task has a different status.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

As long as task &V1& does not have the status "irrelevant", execute it
in update mode and correct any errors which occur.
Once the task has been completed without errors in update mode, you can
block it in the monitor.
If task &V1& has the status "irrelevant", it cannot be executed.
Blocking is not supported because it is not required.
