centers has different subordinates than those in the variant from where
you are trying to delete funds centers.

Ensure that all subordinates in all hierarchies are the same for all of
the funds centers you are trying to delete. You can try to delete for
the most complex variant; this might ensure that the other variants have
the same subordinates as this one.
