form the data should be uploaded to.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

First check whether the key information is specified in full, i.e., at
least one of following three key groups:
1. FORM_GUID
2. RETURN_GUID + FORM + FORM_NUMBER
3. FBNUM + FORM + FORM_NUMBER
If key information is specified correctly, check whether the given key
information exists in the database tables DFMCA_RETURN and DFMCA_FORMS.
