When the system reads hierarchy nodes from hierarchy ID &V1& in FM area
&V2&, fiscal year &V3& and budget category/structure &V4&, no hierarchy
nodes are selected.
Possible causes are:
No hierarchy nodes maintained for hierarchy ID &V1&.
Hierarchy nodes already maintained, but no hierarchy nodes selected
according to the selection options you specified on the selection
screen.
