At event <DS:FU.FKK_SAMPLE_5705>5705</>, the warnings for status changes
for prepaid account &V1& were not changed correctly.
There must always be a warning when a prepaid account is closed (status
change = Closed). The warning has to be sent either on the day on which
the prepaid account is closed or any number of days afterward.
