¿Qué causa este problema?

You have used a language that is not installed on your computer.
When the text is maintained, the system fills out an additional field
for the search help from short and long texts, with the appropriate
capital letters. If the language used is not installed on the computer,
the appropriate code page for converting text into capital letters is
missing.
