¿Qué causa este problema?

The system does not send email notifications because of the following
reasons:
You have not specified email recipients for the task.
The email recipients of a task are the responsible agent and the
processor of the task.
The email recipients you have specified do not exist in the system.
You have executed the task and you are the only email recipient.
In this case, the system does not send email notifications to reduce the
number of emails you receive.
