¿Qué causa este problema?

The executed report has tried to add a KPI value to the KPI &V1&. The
new KPI value could not be added despite sufficient authorization.

Respuesta del sistema

You cannot add KPI values using reports if the reports are not directly
executed with a variant. If you change a variant without saving and
execute the report, the new KPI value cannot be added.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Start the report with a variant defined for the KPI &V1& using
transaction <DS:TRAN.EPM_REPORT_START>EPM_REPORT_START</>.
