You have attempted to change field &V1&. You cannot change this field
for one of the following reasons:
The device was billed in the current billing period.
You are not processing the current (infinite) time slice.
The device was installed at the beginning of the current time slice.

If you still want to change the field, you have the following options:
Reverse billing for the device.
Go to the current time slice. You might have to undo other changes so
that the current time slice starts at an earlier date.
Reverse installation of the device.
